What to have ready
A work email address · your enrolled patient count, if you are a GP practice · a card
Your Medtech facility ID is needed a minute later, after payment, not now. Look it up on Health NZ’s facility code table, or contact Medtech if you have any trouble.
Paying for more than one clinic? Add them all on the first screen. One subscription, one invoice, and each clinic sets itself up from its own emailed link.
