Launcher icon setup
Book a setup session.
Thirty minutes, one-off for the whole practice. Most practices get the icon set up themselves from the guide, so try that first. This page is for when you have hit something the guide does not cover.
What we do on the call
- We share screens and load the ClinicPro Launcher icon into Evolution together, using Utilities → MT Icon Loader.
- We map the icon so it opens Capture with the patient you have open, then click it once to confirm it works.
- You need someone with Medtech administrator access on the call, at a practice computer.
You do not need to have finished signing up. The icon can be set up before or after payment, whenever suits.

Booking is handled by Calendly, which collects the name, email, and practice details you enter to confirm the appointment. No patient information is involved.
